Thank you for shopping at SoleMates. We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process in the event of a return or exchange.
Returns
- You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
- To initiate a return, please email us at Solemates059@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return location for you to send via PEP.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items.
- If you believe your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Solemates059@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
